I am on a learning kick right now! Last week I finally tested the ‘peel garlic in 10 seconds‘ method and now I know how to peel a potato in about as much time? Life’s awesome.
I peel potatoes very rarely since I feel that the skin makes most dishes taste better and the skin is packed with a ton of nutrients. However, in those few cases (like gnocchi), I think this will definitely come in handy!
